01Know your terms

The words on the menu, explained

Everything on the price list uses these terms. Here's what they actually mean.

Gel X A full-cover soft gel extension: a pre-shaped tip is bonded over the natural nail, then cured, shaped and designed. Featherlight, no drilling, and it soaks off gently when it's time for a change.
Magnets How nail length is measured on the menu, from XShort (0 to 1 magnets) up to XLong (8 to 10 magnets). A quick, consistent way to compare length across every style.
Art tiers How nail art is priced, from Tier 1 (simple accents) through to Tier 4 (complex 3D, charms, hand-painted detail). The tier is confirmed from an inspo photo before every appointment.
Lash mapping Splitting the eye into zones and assigning a length and curl to each one, like a blueprint, so the finished set suits the eye shape it's built for rather than a generic chart.
Classic, hybrid, volume Classic is one extension per natural lash (Nova bare, Nova doll). Hybrid mixes single lashes with light fans for texture (Nova silk, Nova dewy). Volume uses handmade fans for full density (Nova luxe, Nova Elite).
Refill vs new set A refill tops up a lash set that still has enough extensions left, priced lower than a full set. Past the three week mark, a fresh full set gives the best result.
2 in 1 Lashes and nails, done in one appointment, by the same technician. One sitting, both looks planned together.
Duo appointment Two friends, two chairs' worth of attention, one time slot. Book your own services and go through the appointment side by side.
Removal Lash extensions are dissolved with a professional remover; Gel X soaks off in acetone. Neither is pried, picked or drilled, which is what actually protects the natural lash or nail underneath.

  • Typing, gym, hands-on work? XShort to Medium keeps things practical while still looking finished
  • Event, formal, or a photo-heavy weekend coming up? Long to XLong is where the drama lives
  • Shape is a free choice: duck, square, stiletto, coffin or almond, none of them cost extra
  • Not sure? Send an inspo pic when booking and the length gets talked through first
Lashes

Style + vibe

  • Want it to read as "your lashes, just better"? Nova bare or Nova doll keep things classic
  • After texture and flutter that photographs well? Nova silk or Nova dewy build in wisp
  • Inspo folder says full glam? Nova luxe or Nova Elite bring maximum density

The five-second version

Lashes

Keep it dry, keep it clean

No steam, saunas or swimming for the first 24 hours, then a daily oil-free cleanse and a gentle spoolie brush keep a set full and fluffy.

Nails

Oil is everything

Cuticle oil daily is the single biggest thing you can do for wear time. Gloves for dishes, and nails are jewels, not tools.

Both

Never pick, never peel

A lifted tip or a loosening lash gets fixed with a message, not fingers. Picking is how natural lashes and nails actually get damaged.
